Hi, I’m Alysa, a Pilates instructor, athletic trainer and fitness coach with over 2 decades of experience in helping people of all abilities and walks of life to overcome health challenges, so they can live fully in their bodies, at any age. 

I believe that aging shouldn’t result in less living. Rather, through a mix of mind-body and strength training strategies, it’s possible to maintain and even improve your posture, endurance and mental focus, so you can continue to participate in the activities you enjoy without feeling held back by injury or age.
